This place has a fantastic location, with plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby, and the staff and management are exceptionally friendly.

Fresh air

Too low standard: door to shower, water all over the floor in the toilett, beds move around. Many lock doesnot work...

It was a nice place to stay. Not too far from the entrance of Petra. It would be best to drive to the entrance of Petra vs. walking. Room was clean, bathroom was nice. They had internet in the lobby that worked well, in the rooms there was a charge and not all rooms could get a good connection.

The hotel is located in the beautiful Wadi Rum desert, close to historical sites and it's convenient to get to Petra Kitchen.

There was no heating in the room. We were freezing. The hair dryer did not work, so after a frozen night I got cold with wet hair thanks to the hotel. The staff was not kind at all, they did not listen to our requests, they did not accept our intention to change the room. We checked out after the first night!

Exceptionally comfortable bed in the king room, plus Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Great and awesome location metres from a bus station for easy access to city. Quiet atmosphere, pleasant restaurant at the 4th floor...

stayed in wadi musa before, but candles exceeded expectations! perfect location, just steps away from petra. friendly staff, chilled orange juice on arrival, and a terrace with amazing views for breakfast. definitely coming back!

At night time the hotel was cold, especially the bathroom.

the property was modest and perfect and we had an excellent stay. had a great selection of options for breakfast, it was delicious and satisfactory. the staff was polite and we would have extended the stay.

The room was spacious with a nice view and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.

The hotel is close to the Petra entrance.

The room and the hotel´s location

I sent mail to the hotel to change my booking 3 days before my arrive. I comunicate my arrive y my depart one day before both. The manager said not to have receibed. My booking was for 2 nights. I used the first but i had to pay two.
